A17 changed stonecutting to construction xp, but it still is a crafting job.
This mod changes stonecutting to be a construction job.
It also changes the priority to the minimum in the construction category.
So all other construction jobs like building walls, smoothing floors etc. will be done first.
This should be compatible with any mod that does not change stonecutting.
