[EPOE] AI Persona Core Fix - No Berserk
Modifies the effects from the AI Persona Core Implant, colonists with this implant will no longer go berserk. Load after EPOE, do not use this patch with the "less berserk" version of this fix.
With my original fix for this issue I wanted to stay along the lines of what I believe the EPOE dev intended which was for the AI Persona Core Implant to have a negative side effect, to which I simply made the side effects a bit less extreme.
After some further thought I've decided to also release a version of this patch which removes all negative side effects from the implant all together.
