Enhanced Remote Delivery Systems
This is a small mod that adds a research path to unlock the included Industrial Transport Pod and Intercontinental Pod Launcher.
The Intercontinental Pod Launcher has a maximum fuel capacity of 600 units.
The Industrial Transport Pod has a maximum load capacity of 300kg.
Both new buildings have new resource requirements and increased work costs to reflect their more complex designs.
Each also have mildly increased maximum hit points to reflect their more robust designs.
Visually, they remain almost identical to their predecessors, but with darkened textures to ensure quick differentiation between models in-game.
The Industrial Transport Pod is fully compatible with the standard Pod Launcher.
The Intercontinental Pod Launcher is fully compatible with the standard Transport Pod.
There should be no conflict with other mods as it is fully self-contained and does not alter any other in-game assets.
There should be no conflict with existing saves.
If you are simply looking for a way to increase the range of your transport pods without any research, additional structures, or increased resource costs; I recommend 'LongRangePodLauncher' by Hatti.
