RWWB : Orassans

Ever shoot an Orassan trade caravan by mistake? Doesn't end well does it? This mod aims to bring some reasonable power to the Orassans, with out declawing the kittys entirely. This mod is a part of a series that aims to bring balance to the many weapon mods the workshop has to provide. I've gathered the data and compared a number of popular mods, as well as mods claiming to be vanilla friendly. Using this data I've compared the mods to each other and found the average power between them. Now I'm working on releasing mod patches, that will bring balance to the Orassans and more. Orassan Shotgun Damage from 35 to 30 Cooldown from .66 to .98 Warmup from .8 to .9 Orassan Rifle Burst from 4 to 2 Range from 36 to 32 Orassan Sniper Cooldown from 2 to 3.1 Warmup from 1.4 to 2.55 Orassan Pistol Cooldown form .4 to .8 Warmup from .2 to .4 Orassan LMG Cooldown form 2 to 2.24 Warmup from 1.3 to 1.23 Range from 40 to 30 Burst from 10 to 8 RPM form 3600 to 300 Orassan Missile Launcher Area of effect from 2.5 to 1.5 Forced miss radius from 0.0 to 1.5 Cryogenic Launcher (AKA the warcrime) Damage from 25 to 15 So, the Crogenic Launcher... It's basically a cheat weapon. The way frostbite damage works is it specifically goes after unarmored bodyparts first. Meaning even a moderately or heavily armoured pawn is still going to lose hands and feet, fingers, etc, in one shot. In many cases this is instantly crippling. It's a weapon specifically designed to maim and cripple, it almost never actually kills outright due to this. Additionally, it doesn't provoke hostility. You can kill entire caravans or cities using one, and nobody will even attempt to defend themselves. I've looked into fixing this but haven't figured out a way to fix this yet, as I'm still learning rimworld modding. I already tried changing it to a custom frostbite damage def and toying with how the damage is delivered, but it still doesn't provoke hostility. I've left the existing functionality intact for now. If anybody knows a way to fix this please let me know so I can patch this weapon, as the mod author really doesn't seem to care about their mod containing literal cheat guns. Don't get me wrong, I love the Orassan mod and think it's great, I just disagree with cheat guns.
