RWWB : Rimsenal - Rimsenal Enhanced Vanilla Pack
Adjusting the Rimsenal EVP weapons for RimWorld Weapons Balance project.
Lots of changes here to bring various weapons up and down into their appropriate places.
Lots of buffs for charged weapons, adjustments for smart weapons, and various nerfs and buffs for industrial weapons. (looking at you, revolver)

I'll be keeping an eye on smart weapons, due to the presence of accuracy/aim time modifiers, they are harder to balance. The weight these stats apply will be adjusted if needed.
*The throwing axes are treated as Tier 2, or ICR+ due to the strange and excessive material cost that goes into them. The throwing weapons in general saw massive buffs due to how hard they underperform compared to RWWB standards.
