Adds a variant of the Ship Antimatter Reactor which can be placed indoors to power your base. Requires the standard ship reactor research. Once researched the reactor can be found under the Power tab. Note that unlike the standard ship reactor this version consumes uranium as fuel, although it does so extremely slowly.
I don't want this to upset the game balance so it still requires the same resources to build (except the uranium, which is added afterwards to fuel it), and produces the same power (1000W).
Oh and one more thing, defend it well, as this thing will make quite a mess if destroyed.
