[FSF] Simply Soil (Legacy Version)

I suspect like myself all anyone wants from a soil mod is a way to grow their crops anywhere they choose without absurdly unbalanced fertility rates or textures they might not like. This mod adds two types of soil, Soil and Rich Soil that have the same fertility rate and look the same as the default game. These soils require the Garden Soil research and can be built on any terrain for free at the cost of a bit of work. These soils are layered so you can use the remove floor option to get rid of them if you change your mind about the location.
