Another installment for the Rimsenal Weapons Balance project, this time bringing Ferals up to par.. or sub par?
Being Feral weapons I've made sure to keep them a weaker than most other weapons in the same tier. Not that much weaker however, many feral weapons are getting buffs, this will make them a bit more competative, while keeping more traditional options superior.
They are on average around 10% weaker overall than the average industrial tier weapon. Even still, a lot of them got buffed to prevent them from being nearly 30-60% worse off. That being said, most of these weapons only score so poorly due to poor accuracy, a skilled shooter, or just a lucky one can still deal some serious damage, so don't under estimate the ferals when they come knocking.

!* Sunder is an enemy only weapon, but was grossly out performing anything even remotely comprable to it. It still vastly out performs anything close to it, except maybe a few spacer+ tier melee weapons, which it out performs anyway. Don't let anythng with this thing hit you. You'll be sorry if you do.
I've also buffed a lot of the ferals hybrid weapons, seeing as they enjoy a good scrap I figured I'd keep their scrappy weapons up to par at least. That being said, Ferals are very very dangerous in close combat, a lot of their weapons suddenly stop suffering their low accuracy.
